Scheduling Inbounds
Inbound shipments should be scheduled to ensure products arrive before the launch. This allows us sufficient time to receive and familiarize ourselves with your products.

Product Arrival and Training
The product should have arrived at our facility. Our team will review your Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), prepare the packout, and train all team members in preparation for fulfillment.
(1 - 1.5 weeks prior to launch)
Billing Onboarding Meeting
An onboarding meeting will be scheduled between Grip and the client’s billing contact to provide an introduction, discuss the billing schedule and details, and answer frequently asked questions.

Client Profile Set-Up
A member of the CX team will follow up after the onboarding kick-off call. They will provide a list of questions necessary for your launch. This will enable us to start setting up your client profile.

Update Product Info
Clients provide key product details. Using this information, Grip configures our Order Management System (OMS) to optimize order management and ensure seamless fulfillment.

Integration Meeting
An integration meeting will be scheduled for Grip’s tech team to review the client’s integration setup and gather any additional information required.

Final Testing
Test orders will be submitted to verify the readiness of the integration for the fulfillment launch. These orders will proceed through to the label creation stage.
